Hakomi Method

Hakomi is a method of assisted self discovery based on mindfulness and compassionate presence. Hakomi has evolved from psychotherapy into a powerful method for gently exploring present experience and providing the warmth and safety necessary for deep change.

This method can help with virtually any issue including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or simply a desire for personal growth and deepening of self awareness.
